Two weeks away from the elections in South Africa, the two main rivals the Cape Province, Nelson Mendela’s ANC and the DA (Democratic Alliance), could be outdone by a kingmaker. The Patriotic Alliance, a populist party in favor of the death penalty and the deportation of immigrants.
