After days of talks, the Sudanese army and the paramilitary RSF agree to facilitate aid, but a ceasefire is yet to be agreed upon. Meanwhile, tensions intensify in eastern DRC prompting US Secretary Antony Blinken to renew his call to president Tshisekedi and Rwandan president Kagame for a diplomatic solution. Finally, cannabis and tramadol are now increasingly found in some schools in Togo. The government has doubled its efforts to tackle the issue.
