[Dabanga] Washington D.C. — After the US special envoy to Sudan, Tom Periello, told Radio Dabanga that the Jedda negotiations will resume in May, Cameron Hudson, a senior fellow in the Africa Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, has ruled out that the talks would yielded positive results, unless what he described as some basic conditions are met.
