Senegal: price of sheep soar ahead of Tabaski

Eid al-Adha is one of the most important events in the Islamic calendar. In Senegal and a number of other West African countries, the holiday is known as Tabaski. As happens every year, the country has gone into a frenzy with families and herders haggling over the price of sheep, which will be ultimately sacrificed as part of the celebrations.
